All products are used and consumed at the buyer’s own risk and WWR is not liable for the improper use, storage, etc of any product originating from the website, WildWellnessRevival.com or conjoined social media sites. Nothing on this website has been evaluated by the FDA.
All sales are final. Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received. WWR is open for operation only 3 days a week. Most orders are fulfilled within 5-10 business days, however longer fulfillment times can occur due to supply availability, high order volume, etc. and may take 4-6 weeks during some periods like the holidays. I am a one woman show, creating, managing the website, marketing, administrative work, shipping, etc. and I prefer to spend most of my energy creating products versus desk work. I do not send out tracking information in most instances, as I feel the time required to do so is better spent creating. Shopping with WWR you are supporting my artistry and passion, which is all about intention and the energy invested in the process. Please be respectful of my craft and my efforts and understand that part of the premise of my mission is to slow down and tap into our stillness and patience. Your piece(s) will be worth the wait. Wild Wellness Revival is not your run of the mill, mainstream shop. I realize I do things a little differently and understand that may not be for everyone. But those who see the value in what I do, I think you will appreciate the work that goes into my pieces and potions and the love infused in them will be reflected, and I am eternally grateful for your support. By agreeing to these terms you are acknowledging that your order may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive and agree not to file claims/charge backs during this time.
If there is a problem with your item(s) please contact WWR at WildWellnessRevival@protonmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with details of the issue(s). Please allow up to 7 days for response. Please do not attempt to communicate through social media. In order to maintain some organization and reference previous dialogue I ask that you please use email for communications.
Please double check your order information, specific notes, and shipping address when placing your order. Changes to orders or address cannot be made once an order has been placed.
WWR is not responsible for lost or damaged items. All packages are insured through United States Postal Service and any issues regarding the shipping of your package can be addressed with USPS. WWR is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please double check your shipping address when placing your order. If there is a problem with your delivery your tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
